Mary’s All Natural privacy
Privacy, in plain English.
When you shop with Mary’s All Natural, sign up for emails, leave a review, ask for help, or start a monthly granola, Mary’s uses the information needed to make that experience work.
This page explains the basics around checkout, subscriptions, reviews, contact forms, email signup, and Stripe payments.

Orders and checkout
When you place an order, Mary’s uses checkout information to confirm your purchase, pack the right granola, ship it to the right place, send order updates, and help if something needs attention.
This may include your name, email address, shipping address, billing details provided through checkout, order contents, order notes, shipping status, and support history connected to that order.
Used for:
- Confirming and preparing your order
- Shipping granola to the address you provide
- Sending receipts and order updates
- Helping with delivery questions, damaged items, address fixes, or reorder support
Order information is used to run the store and support shoppers.
Card payments through Stripe
Mary’s planned checkout uses Stripe for card payments. When you pay by card, Stripe handles the payment flow and card details.
Mary’s receives the information needed to complete and support the order, such as order status, payment status, receipt details, purchase amount, billing and shipping contact information, and payment reference information.
The storefront should not ask you to send full card numbers through a contact form, review form, email message, or support note.
If a payment question comes up, use the contact page and include your order number instead of card details.
Reviews
If you leave a review, the information you choose to submit may be used to show shoppers what real customers think about Mary’s granola.
A review may include your display name, star rating, written review, product reviewed, date submitted, and any order or product context needed to confirm or manage the review.
Public review content may include:
- Display name
- Star rating
- Review text
- Product reviewed
- Review date
Mary’s may moderate reviews to remove spam, duplicate posts, offensive content, private information, or content unrelated to the product experience.
Please do not include phone numbers, addresses, payment details, private health details, or anything you would not want shown publicly in a review.
Reviews should help another shopper picture breakfast, yogurt bowls, pantry snacks, apple crisp toppings, gifts, or office granola jars more clearly.
Mary’s emails
If you sign up for Mary’s emails, we use your email address to send store updates. These may include new flavor notes, restock reminders, subscription information, recipes, local updates, gift ideas, promotions, and gentle reminders when it may be time to refill the pantry.
Email signup information may include your email address, signup source, email preferences if offered, and basic engagement information such as whether an email was delivered or opened.
You can use the unsubscribe link in a Mary’s marketing email or contact Mary’s for help with email preferences.
The goal is useful granola news.
Intent
A simple promise of intent
Mary’s uses shopper information to run the granola store: orders, checkout, subscriptions, reviews, support, and emails.
The goal is a clear, useful, and respectful shopping experience from the first bag in your cart to the next pantry restock.
